1. Operasionele Bestuur

  • Toesig oor alle operasionele en organisatoriese funksies van die fasiliteit
  • Ontwikkel en optimaliseer operasionele sisteme, prosesse en prosedures
  • Verseker gladde daaglikse werking van die sorgomgewing

2. Inwonersorg

  • Evaluasie en her-evaluasie van inwoners se sorgbehoeftes
  • Toesig oor medikasie volgens wetgewing en protokolle
  • Implementering van persoonsgerigte sorgplanne
  • Bestuur van palliatiewe sorg, Alzheimer- en demensiesorg

3. Personeelbestuur

  • Opleiding en ontwikkeling van versorgingspersoneel
  • Prestasiebestuur en dissiplinêre prosesse
  • Opstel en implementering van diensstandaarde
  • Bestuur van roosters en hulpbronbeplanning

4. Kommunikasie & Skakeling

  • Kommunikasie met inwoners se families
  • Skakeling met eksterne diensverskaffers
  • Interdepartementele samewerking en kommunikasie
  • Bevordering van erkennings- en betrokkenheidsprogramme

5. Algemene Verantwoordelikhede

  • Deelname aan fondsinsamelings- en bemarkingsinisiatiewe

Minimum Vereistes

Ervaring & Registrasie

  • Geregistreer as Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC

Tegniese Kennis

  • Kennis van relevante wetgewing (bejaardesorg & medisynewetgewing)
  • Ervaring met operasionele stelsels en prosedure-ontwikkeling
  • Rekenaarvaardig:
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS PowerPoint

Taalvereistes

  • Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels (geskrewe en gesproke)
