About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Certificate holder with experience as a Miller to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience working with a full spectrum grain, including wheat, maize, and grits.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate milling equipment to produce high-quality flour and other grain products
- Monitor and control grain moisture levels to ensure optimal processing conditions
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on milling equipment to minimize downtime
