Job Description
Are you passionate about motorcycles and skilled in workshop management? Were looking for a hands-on Workshop Manager in Bloemfontein to oversee the daily operations of our clients’ motorcycle workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all workshop operations
- Service, maintain, and repair motorcycles
- Supervise workshop staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage stock levels and order parts as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Complete administrative duties using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Requirements:
- Valid motorcycle drivers licence (essential)
- 3 5 years experience in a similar workshop management or senior technician role
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans (both written and spoken)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Friendly, professional, and punctual
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Remuneration and Benefits:
- R15,000 gross per month plus medical aid
