Job Description
Our client is seeking a professional, organised, and reliable Property Management Consultant to oversee a portfolio of commercial business properties.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage service providers, contractors, and on?site activities.
This role requires a hands?on individual who can conduct site visits, coordinate maintenance, manage invoicing, and ensure smooth day?to?day property operations.
Key Responsibilities
Property Portfolio Management
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial business properties
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure property standards are maintained
- Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution
Contractor & Service Provider Coordination
- Liaise with maintenance teams, electricians, plumbers, security providers, painters, and builders
- Obtain quotes, schedule work, and ensure quality service delivery
- Build strong working relationships with all service providers
Administration & Invoicing
- Manage invoicing, job cards, and supporting documentation
- Ensure accurate record?keeping and timely submission of invoices
- Track expenses and ensure cost?effective property management
Operational Support
- Assist with tenant queries and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with property standards and safety requirements
- Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in property management, facilities management, or commercial property operations
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong problem?solving ability
- Valid drivers licence and own transport (advantageous)
