About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Deli Manager to join their butchery team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of meat cuts, food safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily deli operations
- Ensure the highest standards of product quality
- Lead a team to deliver excellent service to customers
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transport
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Understanding of different meat cuts
- Must be able to split carcasses
- Experience working in a butchery would be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
