My client is seeking an experienced, systems-driven professional to take ownership of B2B portal data integrity, system alignment and best-practice processes across operational teams. This role focuses on ensuring that portal content is accurate, structured, user-friendly and aligned to defined standards, while supporting teams through training, governance and continuous improvement of system usage. Key Responsibilities B2B Portal Data Integrity & Auditing Conduct daily audits to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of B2B portal data Maintain and curate portal content to ensure information is current and fit for purpose Identify data gaps, errors and inconsistencies and drive corrective action Ensure data is clearly structured, accessible and user-friendly for both customers and consultants Systems & Process Alignment Support the implementation and adoption of standardised systems, procedures and workflows Act as the key point of alignment between systems, data and operational teams Ensure compliance with data and system governance standards across departments Drive continuous improvement in how the portal is used and maintained Training & Team Support Provide onsite and virtual training to teams on portal standards, processes and best practices Support internal teams including Contracting, Quality Assurance and Data Loading teams Coach and guide teams on correct system usage and data handling Collaboration & Problem Solving Work closely with stakeholders to resolve system and data-related challenges Build effective working relationships across teams to improve operational efficiency Minimum Requirements Matric / Grade 12 Diploma in Travel & Tourism (or similar) Management or supervisory qualification (advantageous) 5 years’ experience within a systems-focused environment Minimum 3 years advanced Tourplan experience Tour operator experience Advanced Excel skills Competencies Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving ability Emotional intelligence and maturity when dealing with stakeholders at all levels Ability to train, coach and influence teams High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to build effective working relationships across departments Disclaimer: Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
