About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Toyota service department in Burgersfort, Limpopo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department
- Manage and lead workshop staff, including technicians and service advisors
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and improve workshop productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Toyota standards and manufacturer requirements
- Manage departmental budgets, costs, and profitability (P&L)
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and technical concerns
- Maintain accurate reporting and service records
- Drive continuous improvement within the service department
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Manager within a Toyota dealership (Essential)
- Toyota experience Essential
- Strong technical and operational understanding of workshop processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Willing to relocate
