About the Role

A well-established commercial real estate agency is seeking a professional and reliable Administrator to join their team based in Parow, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to brokers and staff, handling general administration tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering the switchboard and handling calls
  • General administration and typing
  • Providing admin support to brokers and staff
  • Assisting with general queries
  • Email communication via Outlook
  • Filing and document management
  • Making copies and distributing documents
  • Preparing the boardroom for meetings
  • Updating and progressing data on the property system
  • Conducting telephone follow-ups
  • Welcoming clients and visitors
