About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Administrator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our busy Manager and team, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and that orders are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective client service when dealing with all customers – walk-in and telephonic
  • Assist with maintaining strong client retention by continually adding value to their purchasing experience
  • Manage strong client relationships with clients by ensuring proactive, regular and consistent client contact
  • Proactively notify clients about important product or service information
  • Increase revenue by maintaining client base as well as probing for additional revenue streams
  • Schedule stock take
  • Handle any client account queries and ensure that all client correspondence is recorded and escalated to the relevant channels
  • Track orders
  • Create and load sales orders and invoicing
  • Create quotations and follow up
  • Liaise with the warehouse and couriers regarding orders
  • Ensure that all orders are dispatched efficiently and effectively
  • Provide after-sales service to ensure that the needs of the client have been met
  • Maintain all records of client’s database, ensuring all activities, enquiries, issues, service queries are also recorded
