About the Role

Bluff Personnel is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to manage new business and existing client relationships in the Industrial Waste sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent interpersonal, communication skills. We are looking for an individual who can identify profitable business opportunities, maintain solid client relationships, and negotiate successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new business development and maintenance of existing client relationships
  • Identify profitable business opportunities and potential clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to inform sales strategies
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Maintain strong industry partnerships and build relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • BSC Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Waste Management/Environmental degree or Sales/Marketing related qualification
  • Min 3-5 years experience in the Waste Management Industry
  • Experience with identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients
  • Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Preferably 3+ years experience in the Waste Management Industry

Salary & Benefits

R40 000 – R45 000 plus commission
