Job Description

A well-established conveyancing firm in Central Cape Town is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal specialising in Bond Cancellations, with strong exposure to Nedbank and FNB Home Loans Minimum requirements: 510 years proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal Extensive experience handling Bond Cancellations Solid working knowledge of Nedbank and FNB Home Loans Experience liaising with major banks, including Nedbank, FNB and Standard Bank Strong understanding of end-to-end conveyancing processes Bond Registration experience will be advantageous High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong administrative and organisational skills Computer literate , with experience on conveyancing systems Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload Consultant: Chante Pienaar – Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
