About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experience, managing multiple platforms, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all quotes, tenders and orders
  • Update the orderwise and surgicom platforms daily
  • Follow up of customer order number for goods / services
  • Process proforma invoices and follow up on COD orders
  • Process credits

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
