Job Description

The successful candidate will be involved in designing and implementing modern data infrastructure, while taking ownership of data systems, processes, and architecture. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of data as a core driver of business insights, performance and growth. Key Responsibilities: Data Engineering & Development Design, build, and optimise data warehouse solutions to support reporting and analytics Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines to ingest and transform data from multiple sources Ensure high levels of data quality, consistency, and accessibility across platforms Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of data architecture in line with business growth Data Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business units to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions Create intuitive dashboards and visualisations to support decision-making Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Continuous Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to improve data processes, accuracy, and efficiency Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support evolving needs Collaborate with leadership to scale and future-proof data capabilities Data Governance & Maintenance Maintain and monitor data systems to ensure reliability and performance Oversee API integrations, ensuring stability and adherence to best practices Implement strong data governance, security, and compliance standards Requirements: Education: Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Mathematics, Data Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline Experience: 5 years experience within Data Science/Engineering or a similar role (e.g. BI Scientist, Data Engineer) 3 years experience Python, R and Cloud softwares Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into data solutions Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Strong planning and organisational skills Adaptable and solutions-driven mindset For more exciting Actuarial and Analytics vacancies, please visit:
