Job Description

Job Description: Design and analyses structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines Provide technical input during construction phases and attend site inspections when required Assist with resolving design and construction-related challenges Skills & Experience: 25 years experience in structural design within a consulting or engineering environment Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and foundation design Proficient in structural analysis and design software Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills Valid drivers licence Qualification: Beng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Job Description

Job Description: Develop precise 2D designs and translate them into 3D models for mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet functional, efficiency, and specification standards. Contribute to all phases of mechanical projects, from manufacturing and assembly through to on-site installation for clients. Take part in concept discussions and design reviews to confirm that proposed solutions align with project requirements. Skills and Experience: Practical experience working with 3D CAD software. At least 3 years of post-graduate, hands-on industry experience. Strong organisational, task-handling, and time-management abilities. Background in automotive engineering development or a related field is advantageous. Clear and effective communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant design tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor. Job Description

Job Description: Develop efficient designs that prioritize simplicity, feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy Prepare assemblies and detailed manufacturing drawings in line with recognized industry standards Create part specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), production orders, and manuals Implement Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) within existing designs Issue revisions and updates to manufacturing drawings, material lists, and equipment manuals Produce layout drawings for customer manufacturing facilities Draft Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) Provide technical support during manufacturing processes and assist technicians on site. Skills & Experience: At least 3 years of experience in machine design and manufacturing A minimum of 2 years of experience with CAD software Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and 2D CAD Demonstrated competence in 3D CAD for machine design Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally Must be positive, self-motivated, and dependable Qualification: BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
