About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Branch Manager to join our team at the Parklands branch in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing outlet operations, improving efficiencies, and driving peak performance levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise outlet personnel
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Improve financial and other key indicators
- Maintain full accountability for people, financial, cash management, stock levels, and delivery requirements
- Develop an enthusiastic and motivated team by building working relationships
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
- Implement continuous improvement and modern marketing/selling principles
Requirements
- Matric Certificate with minimum mathematic literacy
- Additional related courses/qualifications are advantageous
- At least 8 – 10 years’ experience in a similar management role within the motor industry
- Sound Technical knowledge and understanding of motor parts sales
- Experience in managing Profit & Loss, balance sheet, and associated financial responsibilities
- Understanding of procurement and ISO 9001/45001 or relevant quality management system
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.) are not required for this position.
Salary & Benefits
- R25 000 to R35 000 CTC per month
- Provident Fund and December Bonus
