Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, including planning, research, and final handover to production, while ensuring compliance with OHS regulations and quality standards. You will coordinate with R&D and Design teams, manage the procurement of materials, support new product processes, and contribute to accurate, efficient plant operations and continuous improvement. Applicants should have a solid background in engineering or project management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supported by a BEng Mechanical Engineering degree, and at least five years of relevant experience. Proven capability in project planning, commissioning, contractor coordination, engineering processes, and technical documentation control is essential. Proficiency in English and Afrikaans, as well as experience with ERP systems, will be valuable. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate strong technical understanding of mechanical machinery, the ability to interpret production data, advanced numerical ability, and a consistent focus on achieving project objectives within required timeframes.
