About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management system across the factory, ensuring compliance with approved standards and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with approved SOPs, quality manuals, and internal standards
  • Manage non-conformances, deviations, CAPAs, and lead root cause investigations
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and ensure audit readiness

Requirements

  • Minimum 35 years experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing quality teams
  • Solid exposure to audits, risk management, and corrective action system

Qualifications

  • BSc / BEng / BTech / Diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / Six Sigma certification will be advantageous (if applicable)
