About the Role
Our client based in Parow Industria is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock And Stores Controller / Buyer / Supplier Admin to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the stockroom, sourcing parts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing of parts
- RFQs and Best pricing
- Following up on POs daily
- Stock allocation of those parts
- Tracking of parts usage per machine
- Data capturing/monitoring of service history of the equipment and prepping of service kits
- Stores control and stock counting
- Answering incoming calls and at times dealing with customers
- Reconciliation of Supplier accounts and documents
- Filing
- Other Ad hoc admin functions
Requirements
- Computer literate
- Microsoft office knowledgeable
- Pastel Accounting would be advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team dynamic
- Capacity to work well under pressure
- Own transport
