About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Paralegal/Admin Assistant to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to the administration of property transfers from receipt of instruction through to registration.
- Liaise with all parties to the transaction on an ongoing basis.
- Process instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Compile accurate records of source of instructions.
- Report to clients and agents as required.
- Arrange appointments and draft documents as necessary.
- Manage files, foresee potential problems, and report to conveyancer.
- Administer financial aspects of the file, including investments, payments, receipts, and balancing of funds.
- Ensure FICA compliance in all transactions.

- At least 2-3 years working experience in a similar role
