About the Role
A renowned international company specialising in customer value optimisation, travel solutions, and premium membership services is seeking a Call Claims Handler to join its dynamic Claims Department in Cape Town. This exciting opportunity will allow you to be part of a fast-paced, global environment that supports millions of customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their claims
- Process customer claims and ensure all necessary information is collected
- Investigate claim details and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth claims resolution
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- Previous experience in a call centre, claims handling, insurance, or customer service environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy.
