About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a 5-month contract basis in the Western Cape region. As the daily HR department function will be run by you, we require someone who can effectively manage recruitment and onboarding, handle payroll queries, provide training and personnel development, review company policies and procedures, participate in disciplinary meetings, and assist with union dealings and wage negotiations.
