About the Role

The Data Captureter/Administrator role at Sabenza IT & Recruitment involves reviewing and retrieving incoming orders, requests, and queries, as well as validating member information and assigning orders to relevant teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying member details, products, and quantities for all new orders received from incoming sources, updating details as required, and allocating payment received. They will also contact members to confirm delivery addresses and liaise with them regarding dispatch times before allocating orders to the correct Processing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and retrieve incoming orders, requests, and queries
  • Validate member information and assign orders to relevant teams
  • Verify member details, products, and quantities for all new orders received from incoming sources
  • Update details as required
  • Allocate payment received
  • Contact members to confirm delivery addresses and liaise with them regarding dispatch times
  • Resolve daily or via Teams Sales Floor Query Group queries on the Odoo system in a timely and urgent manner

  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate information through teamwork
  • Goal-driven with a passion for Service Delivery and Member satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English as the main medium of communication (other South African/African languages an added advantage)
  • Commitment to flexibility and after-hours availability when required (especially during peak periods)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and achieve deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy and excellent Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
