About the Role
The Finance Administrator role at Rory Mackie & Associates is a key position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the efficient processing of sales orders, debtor payments, and administrative support functions. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer service, increase sales, and efficiency, while maintaining a high level of profitability for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient processing and handling of all approved sales orders and order confirmations
- Assist with debtor payments and collections
- Provide accounting and administrative support functions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer service, increase sales & efficiency and the overall profitability of the business
Requirements
- Meticulous and highly organised.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
