Requirements: Education: Apply Below in Finance/Accounting or related field. Experience: 5+ years in finance, 2+ years in hospitality (essential) Skills: Advanced MS Office, Sage (Intacct preferred), strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and able to communicate financial concepts clearly. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all property finance functions, including cash flow, revenue validation, and asset management. Drive annual budgeting, prepare management accounts, and deliver variance analysis. Maintain internal controls, manage audits, and ensure compliance with group standards.
