About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded content leader to own how Wedded Wonderland converts content, social reach, website traffic and newsletter audiences into commercial outcomes. This is not a traditional content manager or social media manager role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the content to revenue strategy across web, social, SEO, email and creator channels
  • Turn website traffic into enquiries, leads, affiliate clicks, sponsor value and email subscribers
  • Turn social reach into owned audience, vendor demand, partnerships and measurable revenue
  • Develop commercial content packages for venues, vendors, sponsors, tourism boards, bridal fashion, beauty, jewellery, travel and luxury brands
  • Lead content pillars including destination wedding guides, luxury venue features, real weddings, bridal fashion, beauty, jewellery, honeymoon and cultural weddings
  • Use AI tools to improve content production, repurposing, briefing, tagging and reporting workflows
  • Work with CRM and data teams to capture first party audience data including wedding date, destination, budget, guest count and vendor needs
  • Manage freelancers, creators, editors and production partners
  • Track performance and make decisions based on revenue, not vanity metrics

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience across content, audience growth, social, SEO, media, commerce or partnerships
  • Proven experience monetising web, social, newsletter or creator audiences
  • Strong understanding of sponsored content, affiliate revenue, lead generation or marketplace monetisation
  • Experience building content strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, SEO and newsletters
  • Ability to work with sales and partnerships teams to package and price content opportunities
  • Strong analytics instincts and comfort using data to make decisions
  • Experience using AI tools for content production and workflow optimisation
  • High taste level and strong brand judgment
  • Strong written communication and campaign planning skills
