About the Role

Hire Resolve, a managed IT Support and Services provider, is seeking a Level 2 Engineer to manage complex infrastructure, lead strategic transitions, and bridge the gap between traditional support and cutting-edge AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and optimize hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and virtualization stacks (VMware)
Lead the evolution of client environments from reactive MSP models to proactive, Managed Intelligent Provider (MIP) frameworks
Implement and audit frameworks including GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001; manage risk assessments and NIST-aligned controls
Utilize TensorFlow/PyTorch and data analytics platforms to automate workflows and generate predictive maintenance insights
Manage AI-driven security tools (SIEM/EDR) for advanced threat detection and incident response

Requirements

Strong experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing hybrid cloud environments
Deep proficiency in AWS, Azure, and VMware
Advanced knowledge of networking and virtualization technologies
Hands-on exposure to machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
Experience using AI tools and data analytics platforms for automation and predictive insights
Solid understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, specifically NIST
Experience in risk assessment, formal audits, and control implementation
Proven ability to lead large-scale IT transformations
Experience transitioning clients from reactive MSP models to proactive MIP (Managed Intelligent Provider) frameworks
Strong skills in Agile methodology and organizational change management
Advanced skills in threat detection and incident response
