About the Role

The Regional Manager Cape Town will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring consistent sales growth, operational compliance, customer service, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive the performance of multiple branches within the assigned region
  • Ensure consistent sales growth, operational compliance, customer service, and team performance
  • Align branch teams with company goals, identifying challenges and executing solutions on the ground
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Ensure building maintenance and health and safety requirements of all branches are in place
  • Manage profit and loss, balance sheet, and associated financial responsibilities
  • Procure goods and services for branches as needed
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals

Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years experience in a similar management role within the motor | automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience of managing profit and loss, balance sheet, and associated financial responsibilities

Qualifications

Matric or equivalent and a B.Com Management or Relevant degree would be beneficial.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary is market related. Benefits include Provident Fund and December Bonus. Working hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 to 17:00) & Saturday 08:00 – 13:00
