About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a hardworking and skilled Gardener to join a luxury estate based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the estate’s gardens and outdoor spaces to an exceptional standard, ensuring a beautiful and well-presented environment throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- General garden maintenance, including mowing, pruning, watering, and planting
- Maintaining flower beds, lawns, and landscaped areas
- Identifying and treating plant pests or diseases
- Seasonal planting and upkeep of greenery
- Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
- Assisting with outdoor estate upkeep as required
- Ensuring all areas are kept neat, tidy, and visually appealing
Requirements
- Relevant gardening experience
- Physical ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
- Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance
Qualifications
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- No specific qualifications required for this role
