Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Management:
– Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
– Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets to achieve optimal outcomes.

Quality Assurance:
– Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to meet industry standards and surpass client expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
– Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and enhance client satisfaction.
Safety and Compliance:
– Prioritize adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing workplace risks.
Administrative Oversight:
– Manage project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks efficiently to streamline project delivery and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Resource Optimization:
– Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the electrical engineering sector.
- Dedication to upholding safety, quality, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
