About the Role
We are seeking a committed Site Manager to join our client’s team in Cape Town, leading dynamic projects forward and contributing to the success of the team in a vibrant and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
- Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the electrical engineering sector.
- Dedication to upholding safety, quality, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
