Job Description
We are seeking a Tableau Report & Visualisation Developer to support the Financial Services division. The role will focus on designing and delivering high-quality dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into sales performance across financial services products (e.g. money transfers, payments, and related offerings).
This is a highly business-facing role suited to someone who is both technically strong and personable, with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for financial services performance tracking.
- Build visualisations that clearly communicate sales trends, product performance, and customer behaviour.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually compelling, and aligned to business needs.
- Analyse data related to financial services products (e.g. money transfers, value-added services).
- Optimise and enhance existing reports for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting and deliver additional insights.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Tableau (Desktop & Server) for dashboard development.
- Proven track record building sales/performance dashboards.
- Experience working in financial services environments (banking, fintech, payments, retail financial services, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Solid understanding of data modelling and data visualisation best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

- Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools (secondary).
