About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Cape Winelands region. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion within budget. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in the Cape Winelands region
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in a project management role
- Degree in the built environment (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture)
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture
