About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Field Technicians to join our dynamic operations team in the construction and mining sector. As a Centurion, you will work with advanced hardware and software systems that connect machines to the office, improving productivity, enhancing safety, and reducing rework on large-scale sites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage on-site implementation and commissioning of products and solutions
Test and ensure successful customer sign-off after installations
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical equipment
Provide both on-site and telephonic technical support
Perform regular maintenance and field service visits
Deliver operator training on implemented systems
Log and report customer issues accurately
Build strong, long-term customer relationships

Requirements

Experience working with construction and mining technology solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
