About the Role
A well-established coffee shop franchise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple franchise locations across Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple franchise locations
- Manage and coordinate barista staff schedules
- Handle stock control and ordering processes
- Monitor and manage store alarm systems and security procedures
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to brand standards
- Travel between stores to provide operational support and oversight
Requirements
- Experience in a similar hospitality Management role
- Willing and able to travel between franchise locations
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Valid drivers license (essential)
