About the Role

A well-established coffee shop franchise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple franchise locations across Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple franchise locations
  • Manage and coordinate barista staff schedules
  • Handle stock control and ordering processes
  • Monitor and manage store alarm systems and security procedures
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to brand standards
  • Travel between stores to provide operational support and oversight

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar hospitality Management role
  • Willing and able to travel between franchise locations
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
  • Valid drivers license (essential)
