About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and prepare structured and unstructured financial data for analysis and reporting
  • Support the development and improvement of machine learning models, including anomaly detection
  • Assist with feature engineering, model evaluation, and documentation of outputs
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
  • Contribute to automation, reconciliation, and alerting tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification or relevant certification is advantageous
  • Experience: 02 years experience in data science or data analysis (preferably within finance)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn), Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools, Basic SQL skills
