About the Role

We are seeking three experienced IT Programmers to join our team at a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Stanger, KwaZulu-Natal. As an IT Programmer, you will be passionate about software development, business process improvement, and delivering effective technology solutions within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and engage relevant stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
• Follow and manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate implemented software and hardware solutions
• Identify and coordinate user training requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through technology-driven solutions
• Ensure projects are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Relevant IT qualification, certification, or degree
• Programming qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ IT experience within a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 5 years’ programming experience
• Proven experience managing the full SDLC process
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into effective technology solutions
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business functions
