Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the overall quality management system (QMS) for vehicle manufacturing.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other industry standards.
- Identify, track, and resolve quality issues throughout the production lifecycle.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive process improvements and cost-effective quality solutions.
- Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze and report on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
- Ensure that all materials, components, and finished vehicles meet company and regulatory quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) activities for product non-conformities.
- Maintain and enhance supplier quality performance through audits and evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in quality management in the automotive or vehicle manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, systems, and standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
- Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and safety standards.
