About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at SD Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Century City. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of hospital clients, while also identifying opportunities to grow accounts and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of hospital clients.
  • Coordinate and book allied health professionals into available shifts based on client requirements.
  • Ensure shifts are filled efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and allied health professionals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support business development initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and ensure clear communication with both clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and staffing processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager with Temporary Employment Services (TES) experience, specifically within allied health recruitment or a similar healthcare staffing environment.
  • Strong sales, client management, and business development skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (essential due to the client base).
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
