Job Description
About the Role
As a Floor Advisor within the Trade division at Dundee, KwaZulu-Natal, you will provide expert advice and support to customers on the sales floor, focusing on input products. This role requires strong customer service skills, stock management expertise, and merchandising knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering, merchandising, and selling of stock
- Monthly control checks on stock (stock counting)
- Assisting clients in store
- Sorting and storage of goods
- Working overtime when required
- Adhering to Health & Safety requirements
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Product knowledge of Veterinary Medicine
- Farming knowledge (advantageous)
- Good marketing skills
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Valid Drivers License (Code 08)
