About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Durban, responsible for driving growth and expansion within the courier and road freight sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of new business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the courier and road freight sector
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and logistics solutions tailored to client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience within courier, road freight, or logistics
  • Strong new business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline

Qualifications

  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
