Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with electrical design work, engineering calculations, and technical documentation.
• Support project and maintenance engineers with site inspections, commissioning, and plant-related activities.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues within the plant environment.
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Provide technical and administrative support across engineering projects and operations.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• BTech / Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering (with an average aggregate of 60% and more)

Experience:

• 0–2 years’ experience within engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic performance will be advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exposure to engineering software tools advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
