Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise profitability across all operational areas
- Negotiate CMT and outwork pricing to ensure optimal margins
- Oversee seasonal costing, including fabric, trims, packaging and CMT
- Manage production planning and ensure strict critical path adherence
- Ensure forecasted sales targets are achieved
- Drive OTIF delivery performance across all customers
- Oversee QA, compliance and supplier performance management
- Manage stock control, monthly stock takes and system accuracy
- Sign off CMT payments, creditors and production files
- Identify and reduce wastage, rejects and GP leakage
- Lead, manage and discipline operational teams where required
Minimum Requirements:
- 7–10 years’ experience within clothing manufacturing / supplier environment
- Strong CMT management and negotiation expertise
- Proven track record in GP management and margin control
- Advanced production planning and critical path management skills
- Strong leadership ability with excellent supplier management capability
- ERP / system proficiency (SYNC advantageous)
- Highly analytical, commercially driven and results focused
