About the Role
Our client, a leader in the arts and entertainment industry, is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team based in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual terms, managing administrative tasks, and providing financial support to the Arts and Marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing of all administrative tasks relating to the preparation of Production and other business contracts; maintaining records of all contracts, and ensuring compliance to the terms of the contract and any other prescripts and regulations.
- Ensures that a detailed financial budget for each assigned project/production is finalized, that Budgets are filed, monitored, and adhered to, in line with contractual terms and that financial transactions are checked against the budget, approved, and processed.
- Ensuring all audit, compliance, risk management and governance processes are identified, mitigated and resolved; Ensure that Departmental processes are compliant with legislation, contracts and Company policies.
- Providing administrative support to the Arts and Marketing department in respect of Coordinating and consolidating monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and budgeting and annual performance plans; Monitoring, verification and compliance of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree)
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in Contract Management, business management or related field
