About the Role
Our client, a leader in the arts and entertainment industry based in Durban, is seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Contract Management, business management or related field, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with terms of contracts and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all administrative tasks relating to the preparation of Production and other business contracts; maintaining records of all contracts
- Ensuring that financial budgets for each assigned project/production are finalized, monitored, and adhered to in line with contractual terms
- Coordinating and consolidating monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and budgeting and annual performance plans
- Monitoring, verification and compliance of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in Contract Management, business management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree)
