About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Sales Executive to join our team as a remote sales consultant, working from home in Durban, South Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth through exceptional sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct between 10 – 15 interviews per week
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Utilize Zoom/Google Teams to conduct virtual meetings and presentations
- Create professional reports and proposals using Microsoft Office
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Own laptop or computer

- Strong command of the English language
- 2 years sales experience
- Strong social media ability (Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
