About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled Sales & Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their team in the Industrial Equipment Industry in KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities and managing logistics for the company’s industrial equipment products, ensuring timely delivery of products and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for industrial equipment products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate logistics activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Monitor and track sales and logistics performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistics issues.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to management for decision-making purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Forklift & Warehouse, sales, and logistics coordination within the industrial equipment industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other sales and logistics software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
