RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Manage and grow an existing customer base.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and needs assessments.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing solutions.
- Work closely with technicians and warehouse staff to ensure accurate product supply and delivery.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
