Job Description
This is an exciting, fast-paced role overseeing civil works, construction of substations, bridges, rail infrastructure, and complex services such as fibre, HVAC, and fire systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites
Oversee civil and building works in line with project specifications and quality standards
Manage subcontractors and local labour efficiently
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Liaise with stakeholders and senior management
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1015 years of experience in civil infrastructure delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven track record on major rail, road, or transport infrastructure projects involving multi-disciplinary coordination
Proven ability to run high-pressure projects independently
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Experience managing subcontractors is essential
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.
