Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide developers across projects and technical tasks
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
- Build scalable, reliable frontend and backend applications
- Develop and integrate APIs and system components
- Optimise performance, ensure security, and handle edgecases
- Deploy and maintain applications across multiple environments
- Promote clean code and engineering best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years’ software development experience
- Strong experience in:
- FrontEnd: Razor, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, UI libraries (e.g., Syncfusion and Telerik), and Tailwind
- BackEnd: ASP.NET Core, C#, LINQ, APIs, ORMs, and SOLID principles
- Architecture: Clean Architecture, Microservices, CQRS, Eventdriven, and Modular/Monolithic patterns
- Other: Docker, IIS, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SQL
- Experience in architectural decisionmaking
- Ability to mentor team members
