Key Responsibilities
- Engage corporates to define requirements and confirm supplier-investment funding.
- Identify and assess suppliers for strategic fit and readiness.
- Design capability upgrade programmes for high-potential SMEs.
- Coordinate partners and beneficiaries to enable commercial outcomes.
- Apply a clear, proven methodology to help SMEs deliver excellence.
- Work within a hands-on consulting capacity to drive growth and variety in industrial projects.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of supplier development principles and practices.
- Proven experience in working with SMEs or similar entities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (not specified).
Salary & Benefits
- R460,000 to R640,000 Annual CTC, based on experience.
