Key Responsibilities

  • Engage corporates to define requirements and confirm supplier-investment funding.
  • Identify and assess suppliers for strategic fit and readiness.
  • Design capability upgrade programmes for high-potential SMEs.
  • Coordinate partners and beneficiaries to enable commercial outcomes.
  • Apply a clear, proven methodology to help SMEs deliver excellence.
  • Work within a hands-on consulting capacity to drive growth and variety in industrial projects.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing industry trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience in supplier development or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree (e.g. Business, Engineering, Commerce).
  • Proven experience in consulting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and challenges.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: R460,000 to R640,000 Annual CTC, based on experience.
