Key Responsibilities
- Engage corporates to define requirements and confirm supplier-investment funding.
- Identify and assess suppliers for strategic fit and readiness.
- Design capability upgrade programmes for high-potential SMEs.
- Coordinate partners and beneficiaries to enable commercial outcomes.
- Apply a clear, proven methodology to help SMEs deliver excellence.
- Work within a hands-on consulting capacity to drive growth and variety in industrial projects.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of manufacturing industry trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience in supplier development or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree (e.g. Business, Engineering, Commerce).
- Proven experience in consulting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and challenges.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R460,000 to R640,000 Annual CTC, based on experience.
