Durbanville: Centre Manager – Head of School

Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and management of the centres daily operations Oversee staff management including recruitment, performance management, and development Manage the centre’s financial planning, budgeting, and financial controls Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and safety standards Oversee enrolment processes, administration, and record keeping Ensure adherence to curriculum standards and educational program quality Maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders Oversee facilities management to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment Support marketing, enrolment growth, and community engagement initiatives Requirements Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification, preferably in Education Additional qualifications in Business Management, Finance, or Administration advantageous Minimum 5 years senior management experience, ideally in an educational environment Strong leadership, organisational, and administrative skills Financial management and operational management experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Key Attributes Strong leadership and people management ability High level of integrity and professionalism Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
