Job Description
Requirements:
- A relevant BSc / Btech or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Project Management
- Must be registered with SACPCMP, or eligible to register
- At least 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager/Construction Manager of medium to large company.
- Have sound experience as a contracts manager and quantity surveyor in General Buildings (GB), Electrical Works (EB), Mechanical Works (ME), Civil Works (CE) and Structural Works.
- Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of relevant software (Microsoft, CCS and Xero).
- Must be able to estimate.
- Planning, Forecasting, Cashflow, Subcontract Manager, Cost and allowable.
- Experience in Building& Civil Projects.
- A valid South African Drivers licence.
